More About Me

I am a PhD candidate in Computer science, Neuroscience and Cognitive science at the University of Colorado,Boulder. My research interests are applied machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and cognitive neuroscience.

Hello!

At present, I'm working on the cross-roads of computer science, cogntive science and neuroscience. I work on interesting projects that pique my creativity and curiosity.

As a K-12 math teacher, how do you use effective discourse strategies to ensure student engagement and engage in rich classroom discussions?. I'm using state-of-the-art transformers to provide teachers with implicit feedback on their classroom discourse with performance upto 80%.

Can you type using your tongue?. Yes you can. Research shows that it is possible to classify tongue-teeth movements by using a smart wearable system. Check out my publications section to know more.

What does creating lesions in DNNs tell us about the existence of fuctionally specific units selective to broad image categories?. I propose a novel approach to lesion individual units from deep neural networks with millions of units. Results show that lesioning can create functionally specfic deficits in top-5 accuracy for animate and inanimate categories.
